China Assistance Services

Trade Show Assistance

This will give Clients a “Point of Contact” when they are attending trade fairs.

Our representatives will:

• Meet with Clients to agree agenda for the day ahead
• Work with the Clients visiting all Trade Stands for the day
• Debrief meeting with Clients at the end of the day
• Make a report on all the days events and forward to Clients within 72 hours

Translation Services

We provide a translator and trained negotiator to assist clients when they visit China.

This includes:

• Meet and greet at the airport
• Travel and check clients into hotels
• Accompany clients when visiting factories
• Direct negotiations with manufacturers using local dialect on all areas including price, quality, timelines and terms and conditions requirements etc.
• Arrange dining in suitable restaurants
• Arrange tourist trips in local area
